At Beaman Pest Control, our treatments focus on targeted preventative applications, typically applied in areas where pests enter or travel—such as exterior foundations, entry points, and cracks and crevices. This approach minimizes exposure while effectively stopping pests before they become a problem.
We use EPA-approved professional products and follow strict application guidelines to ensure safety. Once treatments are applied and allowed to dry (usually within 30–60 minutes), the treated areas are safe for normal household activity.

For most homes, Quarterly service works very well because our professional products continue working for several months. Homes with heavier pest pressure or more outdoor activity may benefit from Bi-Monthly service for even stronger control.
